Taking a modern approach to sustainable living, this LEED Platinum project balances high-performance design with refined aesthetics. A compact layout maximizing the relationship of indoors to outdoors was developed utilizing healthy, durable, quality materials, with long-term livability in mind. An emphasis on indoor air quality contributes to the design for healthy aging in place.
